The approach that gives results - How the Ziegel House project has been successfully completed

About the specificity of this project, how the overcome challenges and how high quality clients are secured in terms of well-known companies and in terms of lease duration,  Milica Stojkovi?, who led the West Properties team at the Ziegel House project, explained for the Real Estate magazine.

With the completion of the construction of the business complex Ziegel House, West Properties company, which was entrusted with the exclusive lease of office space, leased the last units within the complex. Two business buildings with approximately 5,500 sqm of A-class premises have become the new address for 17 renowned companies.

"The well-designed office space in the city zone, with the use of modern materials and systems, as well as the maximum" expediency "of the spatial organization, were crucial factors that met the needs of a lot of international companies," explains Milica Stojkovic.

A special approach to the project itself, the strategy for creating lead potential leaseholders, the use of all channels of communication that West Properties owns and creating new ones for the needs of this project, besides the large database of clients we have been cooperating with for a long time, supported by the persistence of the team, resulted in completing the job in time, mutual satisfaction both the investor, the company Trgomen Nekretnine, and the new tenants of this facility, "said Milica.

The benefit provided by the West Properties team was the quick and clear communication of tenants with the investor, especially in the segment of the organization of the office space itself and adapting to the needs of each tenant. This approach resulted in the conclusion of a lease agreement in an extremely efficient way.

One of the first clients to trust this project was the fast-growing IT company Embroker, and Ziegel House became the new address for Lufthansa, Viselio, GH Holding, ZG Lighting, Metromedia ...

Bearing in mind the specificity of the location and contents that Vracar offers, office building Ziegel House is designed to provide a warm atmosphere in which this part of the city is widely known.
