NEW RESIDENTIAL PROJECT - Fourth in the same street

West Properties added a new residential and commercial building to its portfolio and became the exclusive sales agent for- Juzni bulevar 80.

The new facility covers almost 6,000 gross square meters and will offer 33 residential units, whose structure ranges from one-bedroom to four-bedroom units, with an area of 50-140 sqm.

The fourth project in Juzni bulevar Street

Juzni bulevar 80 is the fourth project in our portfolio located in the same street. It all started in July 2018 when the company West Properties signed a brokerage agreement for the project Kapija Vracara, at that time the largest single residential and business complex being built in the area of Vracar with a total area of about 40,000 sqm with over 250 housing units.

During the spring of 2019, we presented to the market ML 27 - Swiss Apartments, a residential and commercial building that is a combination of Swiss quality and luxury, and only a few months later a residential building at Juzni bulevar 25.

With this approach, we have provided potential buyers with a wide selection of housing units of different structures and benefits that each of these facilities provides to its tenants, and in a location for which interest has not declined for several years, especially given that the location is ideal for young families.
