Stepa Nova: Progression of construction works (October 2020)

A slab of the first floor has been placed on the construction site of the Stepa Nova project, and hard work is being done to pour the next slab.

The works on the construction of the facility, which will have 17 residential units, 2 studios and one business space distributed on 6 floors, started in the spring of this year. Since then, the foundations and two underground floors have been excavated, within which 22 parking spaces are located.

The completion of works and moving in are planned for the end of 2021.

With a modern architectural expression and modern building materials, Stepa Nova will welcome its tenants with spacious housing units, designed to provide a quality and comfortable home. Large glass surfaces allow the penetration of natural light and contribute to comfort. All apartments are being designed keeping in mind the maximum functionality, which means that the optimal ratio of square footage and the number of bedrooms was taken into account.

Starting from the second floor, on each floor there are two one-bedroom and one two-bedroom apartment, while on the top floor there is a penthouse with a terrace that provides privacy.
