New shopping routes in 2020?
In addition to the existing shopping malls, in Belgrade started construction of new ones starting in 2020.
Here is the announcement of the opening of three major projects next year.
Among the first ones is the announced mall within the project "Belgrade Waterfront", which is already under construction - "BW Gallery". With its 300,000 square meters, it should be the largest such facility in the Serbian capital, and beyond. The mall will have 3,700 parking spaces. The pedestrian bridge is planned to connect the "The St. Regis Belgrade" facility, which will provide direct access to the lookout at the top of the forty-story Belgrade Tower.
The opening of the BV Gallery is announced for next year, when the first phase of the Belgrade Waterfront project will be completed.
Across the river, in New Belgrade, near the Avenue within the WEST 65 complex, is under construction a special, luxury shopping mall West 65 Mall. On the other side of the city, in Miss Irbijeva Street in Zvezdara, where the "Precision Mechanics Industry" used to be, another super-modern facility is being built - "BEO Shopping Center" and its opening is announced next spring.
The facility, with over 43,000m2 of retail space and a total area of 130,000m2, scheduled to open in early 2020, will enrich the content at this location where there is an exceptional need for a modern shopping location. More than 150 of the most famous international and regional brands are expected.
