Open House in Residence Puškinova
The guests of the first Open House event were able to experience all the advantages of living in Residence Puškinova, a unique building that seeks the architecture that has not been seen in Belgrade so far.
The work of the Czech architect Stanislav Fijale, at the border of design and architecture, left a special impression on the crowd, and the panoramic view from the mansion did not leave anyone indifferent.
The biggest interest was caused by the penthouse, which was first introduced to the market. A five bedroom apartment, with a large terrace and garden, of almost 500 square meters, a 40 m2 storage space and four parking spaces, is available for rent.
In addition to the penthouse, West Properties's agents as hosts spent guests through the remaining six housing units, size from 113 to 250 square meters, which were available for sale and renting and familiarized them with the high quality equipment of both the building itself and the apartments, as and all the advantages of the site ideal for a safe and peaceful life.
During the informal gathering, along with Quet, a series of top wines from Fruska Gora's vineyards, guests enjoyed one of the most beautiful views from the sunny slope of Senjak.
