Due to the increased volume of work, West Properties is opening a vacancy for:

Real Estate Agent

Place of work: Belgrade

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Acquisition of new clients (buyers and property owners) and care of existing ones
• Preparation of proposals for clients, as well as the necessary data for real estate listing
• Fieldwork (preparing and touring real estate with clients)
• Preparation and follow-up of legal work from start to finish
• Updating the database via CRM
• Collection, analysis and communication of key market data

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

• We are looking for responsible and ambitious individuals who are distinguished by their professional approach to business
• You are communicative, flexible and team oriented
• You have good negotiating skills as well as a desire to further improve them

QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

• Having a Real Estate License will be an advantage, as will the applicant's willingness to take the professional exam for a real estate broker 
• Computer skills (MS Office suite)
• Knowledge of English language
• Possession of a B category driving license is desirable
