Due to increased volume of work, West Properties opens a competition for the position SALES DIRECTOR IN REAL ESTATE

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

We are looking for energetic and efficient people, with wide interests, who like challenges.

It is necessary that you own:

• Minimum 5 years experience in running teams in the sale of real estate
• License for real estate brokers
• Good sales and negotiating skills, as well as the desire to further improve them
• Communicate and easily establish and nurture relationships
• Ambitious and achieving goals further motivates you

NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of English, and knowledge of several foreign languages is an advantage
• Computer skills (CRM and MS Office)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage the team of people in direct sales
• Responsibility for monitoring activities
• Responsibility for achieving set goals in sales
• Monitoring the implementation and performance of the team on a monthly basis
• Research and analysis of the real estate market
• Using existing and introducing new channels of sales
• Representing a brand at a high professional level
