ATRIA Residence: How the works are progressing (November 2020)

At the construction site of the ATRIA Residence, residential project in Zvezdara, excavations have been completed and work on the foundation slab has begun.

The works on the construction of the facility, which will have 85 apartments within four lamellas, are being carried out in phases. The first phase includes works on the underground level of the building, construction of 3 garages with 130 parking spaces and a basement. This is followed by Phase II and III, which include the construction of part of the premises and housing units, more precisely the entrance of 1 and 2 buildings, and the completion of this segment of works is planned for December 2021.

Within the building of 17,000 m2, the following floors are planned:

• underground level - garage
• low ground floor - garage, shops, SPA center
• high ground floor – housing units
• first floor - housing units
• second floor - housing units
• withdrawn floor - housing units

The building will consist of 85 apartments of different structures - from two-room to four-room with two-sided or three-sided orientation. The area of apartments in the first phase ranges from 52 to 154 m2. All apartments will be characterized by a lot of natural light, comfort and an irresistible view from the highest elevation of Belgrade.
